As a Director at RBC, I manage a team of project / program managers to deliver multiple programs within capital market and insurance side Additionally, I have delivered large-scale and complex regulatory and strategic transformation programs for the financial services and insurance sectors. The transformation program spanned across 5 years and helped to retain over Bn+ of client revenue. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong expertise in IFRS17 implementation, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and product management. With a quick and strong propensity to learn, I have excelled in multiple industries across diverse profiles. For instance, I spearheaded the financial governance of a PMO managing a 300mm+ program, headed pricing department for a product based company, worked as an analyst for an investment bank in Wall Street. I am passionate about solving challenging problems, learning new skills, and collaborating with diverse teams.
