With over a decade of experience in auditing and finance management, I’ve discovered that effective accounting is much more than just crunching numbers—it's about transforming data into strategic insights that drive business success. My journey began as an auditor at a Big4 firm, where I had the privilege of working with international clients and taking on assignments in the UAE and South Africa. These experiences broadened my professional perspective and deepened my passion for accounting. In my current role as Finance Controller at a leading software company, I draw on my extensive accounting background to navigate both strategic and operational facets of the business. My responsibilities encompass financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as overseeing acquisitions and other key initiatives. This multifaceted role allows me to apply my expertise in a comprehensive manner, driving both financial performance and operational efficiency. Outside of work, I’m passionate about continuous learning, teaching, and traveling. I enjoy expanding my knowledge and sharing it with others, whether through teaching or mentoring. Exploring new cultures and environments broadens my perspective and fuels my creativity, keeping me motivated and engaged both personally and professionally.
