I led the end-to-end development of Web, Android, and Firmware Systems at SIERA.AI, where I grew from UX Designer to Director of Software Engineering. I specialize in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, user research, release planning, and cross-team alignment. I’ve reduced production defects, improved team velocity, and driven successful feature rollouts in fast-paced startup environments.
