Working as Quality Engineer at Linamar Canada with experience in addressing quality issues at both suppliers and customer in order to meet product requirements. • M Eng.(Mechanical engineering) with experience in Aerospace, Automotive and Manufacturing industry. • Driven individual with creative thinking and problem solving capabilities • A collaborative team worker, good communicator and experienced mentor proceeded from undergraduate students supervision and teaching assistance • Coordinating with engineering, production in regard with new products, quality plans, and validation programs. • Liaising with suppliers, customers including Boeing, Bombardier, Airbus etc. in regard with First Article Inspection (FAI), Engineering Changes, and quality requirements. • Conducting internal, external Non-Conformances Investigation (NCI) and product disposition with MRB. • Implementing Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive quality improvement and providing CAPA training to operators. • Providing technical guidance to QA Inspectors on process inspections, process sequences, and SOPs. • Attending QA meetings to discuss customer complaints, overall customer experiences, and new suppliers. • Managing quality issues, process failures, and performing root cause analysis to improve product quality. • Mentoring operators in interpreting engineering drawings, BOM’s and kaizen events. • Performing continuous improvement (CI) activities using Kaizen, control charts and reviewing FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to address impact of process failures. • Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) using trend analysis, change control and quality procedures in acc. with ISO9001:2015.
