With over a decade of experience in digital governance, tech policy reform, and public sector transformation, I lead projects that enable governments and institutions to navigate complex digital futures. I specialize in designing and delivering strategic initiatives across data governance, economy, and e-governance reform, driving equitable, inclusive, and citizen-centered digital transformation. My expertise lies in shaping adaptive, future-ready institutions by introducing agile ways of working, open digital ecosystems, and scalable solutions for governance and development challenges. I lead high-performing, cross-functional teams that partner with the private sector, civic tech innovators, and government actors to co-create digital platforms, data governance frameworks, and inform plans and policies. Beyond program delivery, I have also served in advisory roles on national-level digital strategies and policies. I bring a system-focused approach to reform efforts and believe in aligning innovation with policy and regulatory shifts, particularly in areas like AI policy, e-governance, cybersecurity resilience, and digital public infrastructure. I take pride in building inclusive teams and nurturing collaborative partnerships that deliver real-world impact. I have received The Asia Foundation’s Presidential Award, and my digital governance work has reached over 40 institutions across Nepal’s federal, provincial, and local levels with a strong focus on long-term sustainability and trust in digital and data systems.
