Most data problems aren't really data problems — they're process problems in disguise.A team doesn't just need a model – they need a framework their non-technical colleagues can actually run. A dashboard isn't useful if leadership still has to chase down numbers manually. An AI tool only matters if people adopt it. Over six years across insurance, sports analytics, and AI research, that's been my focus: not just building things that work technically but building things that stick.Currently at Allianz Partners, I came in as the sole technical person in a pricing team with no data infrastructure. I've since built a modelling framework used across multiple insurance products, multiple Power BI dashboards that became the team's go-to reporting tool(s), a pricing review automation tool that cut a week's manual process to five minutes, and AI agents that most of the team now uses daily. Before that, at Kitman Labs, I ran end-to-end analytics projects for professional sports clients — full project ownership, client presentations, and pipeline redesigns. Earlier in my career, I spent a year as the only data analyst at a pharma consultancy — owning all reporting for clients, which taught me early that full ownership is the fastest way to learn/grow. I've also co-authored peer-reviewed research published in ACM VLDB and the Internet of Things Journal.I work at the intersection of data science, analytics, and AI strategy – equally comfortable writing an ML model, presenting findings to a leadership team, or designing the infrastructure that makes both possible at scale.
