About Praneet Sushil

Kickstarted my career as an IT professional in year 2003. I am having a 15+ years of experience with top global IT companies like TATA Consultancy Services, Alcatel-Lucent, GlobalLogic, and HCL. But while working in corporate realized how the Indian education system is degrading, so started working for the betterment of Indian education system and the betterment of children of economically backward sections. I Founded Prayatna back in 2009 and created the best team that helps in child development, student empowerment and creative learning and can focus on the social- intelligence of the child while assisting and tutoring them for their academics. We believe in grooming the god-gifted skills of the child first and then building up all the necessary skill set that every individual requires to build the career of their choice I have come up with the idea of “Creative Learning Model” (CLM)- That is meant for our children to equip them with the Life Core Skills essential to meet the challenges of everyday life. As a part of this initiative, our child becomes Self Aware, Good Decision Maker and Emotionally Intelligent and learns to have a Clear Vision for a life.
