I’m a Materials Science M.S. with 4+ years of research and industry experience spanning thermal degradation, failure analysis, and process optimization—especially in vacuum and high-temperature environments relevant to aerospace and defense systems, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced materials, and plasma systems. My work integrates hands-on experimentation with modeling to improve material performance and system reliability. I’ve led chamber-level diagnostics and root cause failure analysis in plasma and vacuum systems (e.g, Dense Plasma Focus, IEC fusor), conducted high-resolution microstructural and surface analysis (SEM, EDS, XRD, TEM), and developed predictive degradation models using MOOSE, ThermoCalc, and Python. These efforts support large-scale process-property mapping, materials selection, and reliability screening. I bring experience with thin-film behavior, oxide stability, corrosion, plasma-material interaction, and semiconductor-relevant process conditions, including statistical analysis, DoE, and accelerated testing. My focus is on generating data-driven insights that improve mission readiness and system reliability, tool performance, process yield, and material longevity. Actively seeking semiconductor process, tool reliability, and thermal/materials engineering roles where I can apply my cross-disciplinary background to drive manufacturing efficiency, device reliability, and materials development.
