About Praneeth Bakki

Praneeth is a Lead Product Manager at "Rapido - India's largest Bike Taxi" company. He is currently working on the Customer Experience charter which aims to deliver a delightful experience to the customers of Rapido. Earlier, he was managing multiple charters and was responsible for the products around Customer Acquisition, New Growth Initiatives (Local, Rental, Plus) & 3PL partnerships. 1st year at Rapido he was responsible in improving the Customer Experience and maximizing the 'perfect rides' by introducing Rich FAQs framework, self help and 3PL last mile delivery at Rapido. He is a Product Enthusiast and strongly believes in first principles thinking. He is interested in solving problems for the next 500mn users going digital in India. He pursues photography as a hobby and was the Lead Photographer of the IIM Lucknow's Photography Club, Right Angles. Praneeth is passionate about solving real-world problems using technology. He firmly believes in data-driven decision making and creating products at scale which have an enormous impact on the society.
