I have three IBM certifications in Sterling Order Management and SCBN Mapping, which demonstrate my technical skills and knowledge of the platform. With over four years of work experience in the IT industry, I have delivered high-quality and efficient results for multiple projects, such as creating a custom order fulfillment system, optimizing a data transformation process, and automating a document generation workflow. I have a strong background in problem solving, XML, and flat files, which enable me to handle complex and diverse challenges. I also have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, which gives me a solid foundation in engineering principles and concepts. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I am a team player, a quick learner, and a proactive communicator.
