As an AVP at PNB Gilts Ltd, I am responsible for the settlement of government securities and corporate bonds, as well as the KYC processes and record maintenance. I also work on daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations for trades and holdings, and prepare MIS reports for management and auditors. I have successfully handled multiple queries from auditors and ensured compliance with the regulatory norms. I have an MBA in Finance from Nirma University, where I learned the fundamentals of decision making and problem solving in the finance domain. I also completed several virtual and online courses and certifications in equity research, digital marketing, and valuation, which enhanced my analytical and technical skills.
