About Pranjal Shukla

Pranjal Shukla is a seasoned Human Resources and Skill Development specialist and Ex-Co-Founder of the Mindtemple Institute of Behavioral Sciences. In the field of HR, he has close to 20 years of successful experience in Strategic Human Resource Planning, Performance Management, Staffing, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Skill Development and Employee Wellness. Pranjal has a broad industry experience including IT, ITES, Education and Power Sector. Pranjal has spent over a decade with the Tata Group, in three different group entities. In 2011, he was appointed as the Head of HR for Tata ClassEdge, where he directed all HR functions. Pranjal has also served as the Group Head – Program Management, Business Excellence and Business Development at the Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI). He believes that working for the Tata Group for more than a decade has given him very strong work ethics for life. In 2019, he founded the Mindtemple Institute of Behavioral Sciences LLP in partnership with the renowned psychiatrist Dr. Anjali Chhabria. The Institute works exclusively in the space of Workplace Mental Health. Currently, Pranjal serves as a Senior Consultant with the Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI), where he plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing growth strategies for Green Jobs Training and Business Development. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management (Pune) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology.
