Commissioning and Operation of MHI made FGD system and its equipment like Ball Mill, Absorber recirculation pump, Bleed pump, Slurry feed pump, Vacuum drum filter, Vacuum Belt filter. Total 5 nos FGD ( 3 Kawasaki made and 2 MHI made). Steam Turbine (120 MW x 7, Phase I- 5nos and Phase II – 2 nos) MHI made- with HHP Bypass Boilers (470 TPH x 13. Phase I- 9nos and Phase II – 4 nos ) MHI Made heavy oil fired,forced draught. Bottom support. Motor driven BFP 4 Nos. with booster pump. Turbo driven BFP 5 Nos. Job Responsibility Uninterrupted Steam( Four level HHP,HP,MP & LP), Power, HHP/HP Feed water, Demineralized Water & Desalinated water supply to Petro Rabigh Refinery & Petrochemical Complex. Maintained Steam parameters as per process requirements. Handling efficiently any type of emergency such as unit trip and Black out, etc. Operation, Unit start up( Cold, Warm, Hot). Turbine Preheating, TDBFP start up, Ash Handling System operation. Emergency handling. FGD operation to maintained environment parameters. Boiler Hydro test, Preservation and water treatment monitoring. Follow LOTO for equipment isolation ( PM & CM). C0-ordination with maintenance team during shutdown and overhauling.
