Graduated with bachelor's in pharmacy, gained hands-on training and experience in ICH guidelines and solid dosage formulation development. I familiarized myself with advanced pharmaceutical analytical techniques and product development practices in Canada with a course at Durham College, during this course I developed a food product and learned the product cycle of the same. After gaining industry knowledge in my field I was fascinated and extremely interested to be in a position to make changes and take decisions on a global level, so I took up a post-graduate certificate in International business management and was fortunate to meet great mentors who helped me to work with Canadian SMEs towards international marketing and business strategy. During this course, I led a capstone project with a major focus on International Business strategy and operations and I am proud to say I was able to generate the following KPIs: • Successfully introduced and operated in “9” different countries across the globe. • Achieved highest retained profits “19.87%” while the target was “17%”. • Generated “52.38%” return on equity and “47.15%” return on assets. With revenue of € 2.472.748.459,00 in the final year of simulation. With the aforementioned projects, I was riveted with business strategy and management as well as focused on project management which helped me to take other certifications such as CITP®, and PSM 1. With a well-rounded experience in core technical field and business, I found my strengths to be in the following: • Business strategy/ Marketing/Project Management • Product Release/ Market Penetration. • Root cause analysis/ Regulatory Affairs. • New product Regulatory submissions. I am interested to explore in Tech industry with a focus on big data in the medical sector with new technology launches, business strategies, and regulatory requirements for the same.
