With a Salesforce Certified Admin certification and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, I excel in creating and reviewing user stories and requirements, leading comprehensive testing activities, and managing bug tracking processes. My proficiency in tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, combined with my strong communication skills, enables me to effectively monitor task statuses, conduct daily standup and planning meetings, and provide valuable progress feedback to clients and management.
