About Prasad Gorule
I wish to work in a Hotel/Restaurant where I get a chance to showcase my skills and talent, at the same time enhance them and develop new skills so as to pursue my dream of starting my own restaurant. My aim is to travel the world not as a tourist but as a chef and learn about the various cuisines of the world.As a part of my Industrial Training I have worked for six months with WORLD CENTER MARRIOTT, Orlando, Florida, United States in the Food Production/Culinary department. Out of the six months, the first three months I worked in the Cold Commissary and Buffet. Later on I was transferred to a Sports Bar (High Velocity), where I used to handle Cold side and hot side alternately as per my duty roaster. Currently i work at Royal New Zealand yacht squadron as a commis chef and I work on the larder section and sometimes on the fryer as well. Specialties: Specialties none as yet except for the hunger to learn more about the food industry.
