Prasad stands out as an accomplished leader boasting an impressive 12 years of experience, with a concentrated focus on technical and strategic leadership in the last 5 years. His journey includes steering diverse teams across Networking, Microcontroller software, and applications at Texas Instruments, a renowned semiconductor company. Notably, as a Software Applications Manager, Prasad pioneered the creation of an applications team in India, meticulously building, mentoring, and supporting over 10 members. Together, they delivered top-notch customer solutions on TI Sitara High-Performance MCUs Prasad's expertise spans software development, debugging, and system performance, specializing in Microcontroller software and tools, networking systems, and applications for automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. He architected and developed the industry's first distributed multi-core Ethernet Switch architecture on TI's Jacinto 7 SOC, enabling TSN features and low-latency access. He has also played pivotal roles in bringing to life numerous customer networking applications on TI platforms. He is proficient in various software stacks across RTOS and AUTOSAR and has contributed to multiple publications, patents, and awards in his field of expertise. TI Technical Community acknowledged his contributions by electing him as a Member Group Technical Staff (MGTS). Prasad holds a master's degree (Governor's medal) in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Pune University.
