I am a Tech sales and account management professional passionate about partnering my clients find the right technology to address their business needs. For over a decade and half I have been helping brands in BFSI, Teclo and Retail among other sectors over come obstacles and achieve spectacular results with cutting edge and innovative technology in the Communication, MarTech, Analytics, Payments, Regulatory Reporting and Digital domain.With extended stints in South Asia as well MEA region, I have a deep understanding of the buying process and cultural nuances of both the regions. I have been fortunate to have worked with great organizations that helped me hone my communication, sales, relationship building and interpersonal skills while instilling a hunger to learn about latest technology. They also made me a great team player and negotiator excelling in working with cross functional teams towards achieving goals.I rate my understanding of MarTech and Analytics and how they help brands build innovative and engaging conversations with their customers understand and analyze their impact as well as establishing my previous employer, Xerago's Middle East and Africa business from scratch, with a client list including top banks, telco and retail giants like ADCB, RAK Bank, Ahli United Bank, Mobily, Oreedoo and Truworth among others as my biggest achievement.While a hunger for developing accounts into long term relationships, built on customer satisfaction and customer success as well as winning new business is what gets me up in the morning, partnering with clients in achieving their technology goals and going beyond sales and establishing a consultative relation is what keeps me going.
