With 21+ years of experience in varied IT roles (spanning processes related to IT support and service, IT Infrastructure Support, IT Training, IT Compliance, IT Audit and IT Supply Chain Management). I am a self-motivated and highly result-oriented professional currently managing dual roles and leading and managing a team to manage the IT supply chain processes and also ensure IT compliance with business requirements. In 16 years of my current employment, I have been recognized as a great achiever and awarded many laurels for my alternative and out of the box thinking abilities. I believe I have strong negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills and am extremely well at managing professional relations which helps me greatly in leveraging resources at my disposal optimally and when needed. I also have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills that help me in resolving conflicts and issues with great ease. Amongst some of my passions, I like to do digital photography, explore new places and cultures and learn about new technology and advancements.
