I'm an experienced Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Retail industry. Skilled in Java, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL and have adequate hands-on experience on Infor's WFM solution, Workbrain for about 8 years in different versions providing services to customers across the US and European regions- With sound knowledge in Workbrain modules, have been leading the operations team for the last 4 years and contributed my best part in taking care of support deliveries, handling minor enhancements and solving the existing problems in production and stabilizing the application- Involved in implementing Workbrain upgrade to 6.1.4 WFM by contributing a major part in specification writing, testing and configuring the custom modules and also in stabilizing the application by handling most of the slippages- With a keen interest in Digital Transformation, trained myself in one of the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies, Automation Anywhere and closely worked in automating a process related to Workbrain.
