Share common and repeating cases with COE teams, while providing best practices to address and mitigate the recurrence of issues and implement more efficient solutions for resolution. Accountable for end-to-end service compliance, quality, and client satisfaction for the agreed-upon service levels. Reviewing incident reports, documenting periodic trend summaries, and providing updates and recommended actions against RCAs to management. Oversee technical compliance auditing and the effective and timely close-out of corrective action plans. Perform annual operational reviews with a focus on compliance with the organization's standards and all applicable regulatory requirements. Keeping coordination with projects and engineering teams for upcoming and future data center projects / any modification in existing data centers and involvement for execution.
