I am a well presented and pro-active Planning Engineer / Costing Engineer who has a relentless drive to have a broad impact rather than just deliver results. Possessing vast experience of coordinating and managing all project activity, providing clear guidance and leadership to a team and ensuring that all legislative requirements are fully met. Presently associated with M/s Larsen & Toubro Construction as an Assistant Engineering Manager (Civil). Offering verifiable competency in planning, costing civil/marine construction projects within the estimated cost and in compliance with quality standards, assisting in designing floor plans, establishing project oversight systems and managing the project phases from estimates, drawings, budgets, and performance schedules. Skilled in construction method and providing technical support for tendering. I have more than 4 years of experience and throughout my career have built a reputation as an individual who takes charge and responsibility for planning and executing challenging projects and for being a talented and determined manager who accomplishes results. My experience working with cross-functional teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I can bring real-world experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle. Adding this, I also got recognised for reducing the overall project cost by 40 Crs. by suggesting the rock bund structure instead of contiguous piles for island perimeter. Known for skilfully providing construction methodology for one of the largest cofferdams in India of size 1.1 x 0.9 km i.e. consists of cum of seawater and efficiently constructing 16m height wall in single lift which was the first time in India.
