MIS & Cost Saving Initiative’s: Making the MIS for all type of event’s and expenses on day to day basis will be helping in year end for preparation of AOP and submitting the monthly provisions. Providing data to management as when required. Identifying KEY area’s wherever management can save cost without compromising Quality. Collating information & case’s from various locations and assisting in resolution of cases registered; preparing MIS reports. Personnel Management: Recruiting directing leading & motivating the personnel and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency. Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment. Strong ability to master a situation quickly; highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines and an expert at organizing & directing turnaround situations. Proficient in liaising with all types of Government agencies & Vendor Management with excellent man management skills strong analytical problem solving & organizational abilities.
