A results-driven Quality Assurance professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience across Production, In-Process Quality, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Process Optimization. I currently serve as an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance, where I ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. With a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and root cause analysis, I actively contribute to improving production efficiency, minimizing defects, and strengthening supplier quality performance. I have successfully led several cross-functional initiatives to drive cost-saving solutions, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and uphold compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
