I have 12years work experience in steel industry Continues Aligning Line RCL Line, Automatic packing Line Slitting Line & Cut to Length Supervisor handling materials CR,SS,GA, GI & packing materials. Responsibilities:*Planning, Monitoring & Controlling of all Slitting line & Shearing line (CTL) activities with optimum utilization of resources.*Responsible for independent Shift Handling & planning for Raw Material, tooling & consumables.*To meet daily production targets with maximum utilization of resources. Precede planning for all major, critical & customer specific requirements.*Provide preventive action from the previous defects found at respective checkpoint.*Productivity improvement through process improvement.*Prepare Daily Production report, downtime reports etc.*Coordination with Quality Control, Material Planning and Marketing for achieving production targets.*Assuring timely delivery of products with desired quality.*Standardization, analysis, implementation and optimization for rated productivity, cost and quality through improvement of production Process.*Encourage the people for the 5s, Kaizen from various ways to increase the productivity, Cost reduction by monitoring process scrap.*To achieve inventory control through rigorous Monitoring, Recording and controlling on daily basis.*Scheduling & loading of machines as per requirement.*To solve all the manufacturing issues at the shop floor.*To impart necessary trainings to workers for process improvement.*To ensure safety of all the subordinates in the shift.*Critical customer Handling Whirlpool, Hero, Honda, Satyam auto, Maruti, Caparo, JBM etc.*My Shift in Handling 3 Slitting Lines and 3 mini CTL lines.*My Shift in total manpower Handel 42 person. My Improvements and Cost Saving R/M coils steel strip, plastic Beld, side pannle, ID, OD, plastic paper to reuse on FG materials and CTL line on palets. Slitting line and cut to leanth line on kaizen.*CAL(Continues alaning Line) commissioning *Handling the (CAL) continues aliening line. Maintaining the detail of cutter and spacer (rubber & metal).*Responsible for entire Shift operations & planning for all allied activities to reduce downtime.*Other work APL Line RCL Line, Entry & Exit operating.*Maintain the safety proceed me like helmet, Hand glove, safety shoes before stating the line.
