Support to NPD including Feasibility study, Preparation of CBC, clarification on VOC, Understanding failure modes, applying controls, trainings, horizontal deployment etc. Well Versed with Welding Processes Especially SMAW, FCAW, GMAW Professional Certification Certified NDE Level 2 in PT and VT according to ASNT LEAN SIX SIGMA Green Belt certified from TUV sud. Welding and Painting Inspection Training Program Was Attended At Tata Projects Quality Services-Pune (A Division of Tata Projects Ltd Welding Coordinator (Level B) as per EN ISO 14731 Deputy Welding Project Executed Successfully delivered 400 Bogie frames of Sydney metro and E- loco project to Customer with zero customer complaint Successfully delivered 700 End Under frames for Metro project Successfully delivered long lead items for the E Loco project for 300 Locos. Successfully delivered 50 Number of generator carrier and rotor fabricated parts.
