I have a proven track record of success in engineering, finance, and operations. In my current role as Business Value Manager, I function as the program CFO for four automotive seating programs. I prepared financial business cases, formulated strategic recommendations, and executed long-term financial analysis to ensure ROS and IRR targets are met or exceeded. I am immensely proud of my effective execution of change management, resulting in a remarkable $1.75 million surge in EBITDA for the programs under my responsibility. As an Engineering Manager at Adient, I supervised a problem-solving team responsible for the development and launch of six new products, resulting in considerable revenue growth for the company. In my first stint at Adient/Johnson Controls, I developed a business case and effectively executed a 5-year Foam and Comfort strategic plan, which directly resulted in 8 new foam programs (generating over $5 million in revenue). I received the Adient Marker Award in 2017, for process standardization and devising global best business practices. At Caterpillar, I played a vital role in the company's cost-cutting initiatives, such as the implementation of hydroforming in cab structures, which resulted in $2.3 million in savings and a new market opportunity. I received the Caterpillar Chairman's Award for executing enterprise-wide strategy changes on cab structure design goals using advanced CAE analysis capabilities. I am skilled in strategic planning, problem-solving, and team leadership. I am an effective communicator with a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
