With over 15 years of experience in marketing, I am a high-impact business and marketing leader who is passionate about creating and scaling brands and businesses for the global African diaspora. Currently, I am the CMO at Godrej Consumer Products, where I lead all our brands in the hair care, hair color, household insecticides, and skin care categories, in addition to managing the full value chain for the largest business segment in the cluster, My core competencies include product and operating model innovation, business turnarounds, omni-channel brand building, and driving profitable volume-led growth. I have successfully delivered turnaround growth even in the pandemic, by simplifying complex problems, articulating clear strategic options, and building consensus among large and diverse teams. I also enjoy developing people and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
