Prashant is currently working with BlueDart in Product Strategy- eCommerce. EOY for 2025 and awarded Award of excellence for outstanding performance in eCommerce Product growth 2024 though digital, sales development and new product launches. He is handling a team of 3-4 members. Earlier he has worked with EY as Engagement Manager in Digital transformation - BFSI. He has 8+ years of work experience helping client solving business problems, working on SOW, drafting proposal, RFQ, creating digital journey, helping post merger integration. Before inducting into the new role, he has completed his MBA from NITIE, Mumbai. As a summer intern he got an opportunity to work for TEGA industries, Kolkata, for 'Optimizing and transforming the overall quality process across all departments' under the umbrella of project named Everest-Overall Business Transformation headed by BCG. With an interest to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenario, he was also engaged with PepsiCo for 'Increasing resources utilization in warehouse, Bhiwandi as winter project. He has a work experience of 2.3 years in Emerson Innovation Center as an Engineer in New product development (NPD) before opting for higher studies. With three notable recognition in a span of just two years, he was also the part of a team, which was winner of Technology Paper Presentation - 2012, an event judged by top business leaders across the globe in Emerson. He has handled one of the crucial projects for enhancing SealMaster product line, a gold line product for Emerson. He has done his Bachelor's in Production and Industrial engineering from VIT, Pune.He was event manager in VITALITY-09, Techfest. Diploma in Tool design and manufacturing from Indo German Tool Room, Aurangabad is the foundation for his interest in manufacturing operations. He is certified in Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis and practiced some standard tools like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) in various industry projects. He has also published a research paper on 'Value Stream Mapping- Cam and Follower assembly line' at National Conference on Modeling, optimization and Control-2015.
