About Prashant Chavan

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Suryadutta college of commerce. I have previously worked as a project coordinator at TransPerfect Solutions Pune and I am currently working as a Project coordinator for Crystal Hues Ltd. As a project coordinator, I am responsible for the entire lifecycle of localization projects, from scope definition and vendor selection to final delivery and client satisfaction. I work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth project execution. I coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards. I also plan and monitor project budgets, maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting, identify and implement process improvements, resolve project issues and escalations, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. I have developed strong skills in interpersonal communication, business process management, and project risk assessment and mitigation. I am passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can learn from and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
