Accountable for handling HVAC & R, BMS and CPM (Chiller Plant Manager) site, Good knowledge of HVAC systems like Chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pumps/AHU/TFA/HRW/Fans/VAV/Ducts/chemical dosing systems and DX systems like VRV/VRF. • Good Experience in DDC panels, field controllers, Integration of HVAC equipment’s in BMS/CPM with BMS software, knowledge of data signals. • Technical knowledge of Modbus communication protocol and its integration with third-party equipment’s like VFD, BTU/Water-Flowmeters etc. • Co-ordination with project team for HOTO, HVAC/BMS equipment’s testing, Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Work Report submission. • Preparing of BOQ, drawing review. • Moderate knowledge of electrical panels, ACB breakers, Bus-couplers, SCADA system, DG, GIS, Transformers. • Operation & Maintenance of HVAC assets like Chiller TR), AHU, TFA, HRW, CSU, FCU, Ventilation Systems and DX Units. • Maintain 5'S, SOP, Equipment performance and energy management.
