I use Waterfall methodology to manage the project teams and deliverables, and Moovila to track the progress and issues. I have successfully completed multiple projects with high-quality standards and within budget and timeline constraints. With a strong educational background in Project Management and Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, I apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex and dynamic project scenarios. I also have a keen interest in market analysis, competitive research, and stakeholder management, which help me to identify and address the needs and expectations of the customers and the business. I am passionate about innovation and enhancement of the product portfolios, and I seek to leverage my skills and experience to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in a challenging and rewarding product management role.
