About Prashant Ingale

Considering how complex human brain is, there are few things that fascinate me. 1) Product I work on actually should help change the human life for better on daily basis. 2) How the supplier logic about producing a part is rational yet irrational it can be. 3) The challenge of the communicating in a way that persuades and convinces internal and external stakeholders always requires optimization- which starts journey of never ending solution finding/probem solving, with preserving the emotions of the most prized asset of the company (Employees - us) My relent less thirst of knowledge about business has brought me back to the steps of university. Along the way, I also discovered a new passion: leadership. Recently, I have stepped into MBA program While working full-time, I am enrolled in university to get my MBA degree. While I already have masters in automotive engineering under my belt, the prospect was daunting. The amount of perseverance required is hard to fathom at the start. I have to rely heavily on my time management skills and remain calm under pressure. As I move forward, new challenges are always at the horizon. Mental fatigue is hard to battle, so I have to approach my work strategically. I am accountable for all of the work, so remaining organized to ensure I meet every deadline. Ultimately, my diligence is paying dividends. I have smoothly started through my MBA program. The entire process is teaching me more about dedication and tools which I am learning, I am already using in my daily job. It also shows me the benefits of hard work, as, while it is difficult, it is certainly a journey worth taking in the end. I have gained extensive experience as Supplier Quality engineering domain and have worked, improved and develop quality mindset at supplier using different quality tools. I’ve had the opportunity to add a range of capabilities to my repertoire, 6 sigma, APQP, SPC,Dfx Overall, I find the ability to combine the technical with leadership incredibly fulfilling, and I aim to carry my past experiences forward, ensuring I can embrace past lessons while continuing to grow.
