Summary: Have over 24 years of diversified exp from Implementation, Customization of Teamcenter, Integration of PLM systems Teamcenter and Enovia to managing large size projects. Currently managing the offshore account for large global automotive OEM including projects of multiple domains viz. Integrations, CAD migrations, Digital factory, AMS, Testing in Software services Started career with Aptech as a Faculty and Course In-charge. Key initiatives - Planing, delivering Corporate trainings and seminars. After this short stint, moved to Mahindra and Mahindra's (M&M) R&D. Key initiatives - Launching of websites for R&D, Develop new systems, manage existing systems. After a couple of years, was promoted to Dy Manager. Key initiatives - design, implementation of Teamcenter. After 6 yrs stint, moved into the Prod Dev and Intgs domain at Geometric. Key responsibilities - Capturing the requirements, design, implementation of Teamcenter adapters. After a year, promoted to Group Lead role to manage the Teamcenter Ent and Engg product lines of intg product. Key initiatives - Managing the SDLC of Teamcenter adapters. Moved onsite as On-site coordinator with one of the French Auto giant's. After a year, was promoted to PM. Key initiatives - Deliver complex integration project. Thereafter, took the role of Delivery Manager at offshore to manage ODC of large offshore automotive account. Moved in the role of Delivery Head for 5 years at 3DGS offshore. Along with this role, playing the role of Business Operations Focal. Thereafter, took the role of DSGS GEO LEADER - AMERICAS at offshore. Hold MCA (Master of Computer Appln), Bachelor of Computer Sc degree from Nagpur University. Diploma in Systems Mgmt from NIIT.
