His skill set includes but is not limited to: • Securitization – RE-UW and review of recently closed loans of various asset classes in the United States. • Writing ASRs from scratch for different asset classes viz. multifamily and commercial properties. • Reviewing Loan/Legal Documents, ASRs & Investment Memos. • Review and Data Extraction from various third-party reports including Appraisal, PCAs, ESAs, Zoning, Insurance, Seismic & other related documents. • Review and extraction of critical data from Leases/Lease Abstracts. • Tax Reconciliation of commercial properties. • Annual loan reviews of closed and soon-to-be-closed loans. • Warehouse Lending – In-lining of Rent Rolls and Cash Flows for all property types. • Write-ups but not limited to Narratives, Market, Transaction Summary, Borrower/Sponsor/Guarantor Summary, and third-party reports. • Research & Analysis of sale and rent comps for related subject properties. • Review & QC of Asset Summary Reports of Closed Loans. His earlier experience in private equity includes developing Proformas, pitch decks, Investment memos and summaries, IM & OMs, and Valuation models of Multifamily & Hospitality asset classes broadly in the US's hospitality sector and the UK's multifamily and commercial industry.
