Stainless Steel Wire Mfg: Solution Annealing, Pickling, Cold Wire Drawing, & Strand Annealing, with metallurgical property enhancements at every stage. I have made significant contributions to cost reduction, profit improvement, and system development, alongside enhancing laboratory safety operations. My approach emphasizes innovative Kaizen practices and creative Poka-Yoke implementations, driving operational efficiency through out-of-the-box thinking. I possess advanced SPC knowledge, including Six Sigma Green Belt certification, & proficiency in tools like QC Charts, Pareto Analysis, and Cause & Effect Diagrams for data-driven analysis. My expertise encompasses national & international stds such as ASTM, API, & metallurgical & mechanical testing protocols for steel products.
