Today, as Senior Vice President – HR & Administration at MDI NetworX, I focus on shaping agile, future-ready organizations where people and performance move in sync. My professional journey has taken me through diverse industries, Deloitte (consulting), Nihilent, Sasken (IT services), LSI/Avago (R&D and technology), where I have led large-scale HR transformations, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives. As an Army Veteran, I carry forward values of resilience, integrity, and mission focus, anchoring every decision in both business priorities and employee experience. I’m especially passionate about: Building HR strategies that enable growth and innovation. Creating workplaces that encourage well-being, inclusion, and strong leadership pipelines.
