As an accomplished Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience, I have successfully led sales teams and managed sales operations for Ventilator and VSD products in North India. At Vyaire Medical USA, I currently hold the position of Sales Manager for North, Vents & AM & OC, where I am responsible for both direct and indirect sales for Ventilation & VSD in Pvt & Govt Accounts. My expertise lies in implementing company strategies on the ground, handling tender work for Vents and VSD (Govt, HLL & Defense), and designing and implementing sales activities and strategies. I also manage dealers, identify and appoint new VSD dealers, conduct dealer training and induction, work with dealer sales teams, and delegate tasks based on each dealer's strengths. Additionally, I manage customer issues on the front stage, handle payments follow-up, order collection, follow-up, and execution, and manage conflicts between dealers and the company on the front stage. I also manage activities such as demos, CME & workshop management, and post-sales customer training of ventilators. One of my most notable contributions at Vyaire Medical USA was making strategic plans to enhance sales and achieve increased sales growth of VSD and Ventilator business. Through my efforts, I achieved a respectable increase in sales growth. I also designed and implemented successful marketing activities that resulted in breakthrough sales of Vyaire products in key accounts. Moreover, I expanded the product reach in the market by developing and appointing new business partners in U.P. Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. I have also received orders for various products from prestigious institutions. From the first day, I have been an active member of the company's projects and have demonstrated a strong ability to retain customers and adopt profitable business practices. As a Sales Manager, I have honed my skills in effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve targets.
