Managerial experience of 12.5 years backed by driving transformation in the processes thus achieving less than.2% of process error rate. This was accomplished by workflow management and process automations imparting efficiency and effectiveness in the daily BAU activities. To plug out process inefficiencies by removing redundant tasks and driving automation projects in the team. o With this able to save approx.~ 15% of FTE on year to year basis.
