IPA Delivery Head with over 25 years of Intelligent Process Automation - Delivery, Advisory & Consulting Services and Process Re-engineering experience, particularly managing a diversified and niche portfolio, in the area of Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation(RPA), Cognitive & Artificial Intelligence(AI), Business Process Management(BPM) & Decision Management(DM/BRMS), leveraging my expertise in Digital Transformation and Enterprise CoEs, involving multi-vendors and cross functional teams operating out of various geographies including India captive centers- Currently responsible for driving the automation for the 2MN BPO book, delivery benefit saving, productivity improvements, improvement on TAT. Working closely with operations to identify areas where automation can be introduced, building business case and delivering the same thru various automation levers viz. RPA, AI/ML, IDP, Process Mining, Citizen Development etc. Also working on building PoT for GenAI to bring in benefits over and above what is getting delivered- Have managed USD 130 MN portfolio, and more than 1600 associates, close to 300 projects, pilots & PoC’s spanning across multiple geo’s, technologies & domains. Over the last 8 years have delivered multi fold growth, with associates count moving from 75 to 1600, and revenue scaling from USD 6 to 130 MN; managing super niche portfolio, delivering business benefits to the customer, through a variety of engagements spanning across multiple domains- Expertise in managing large and business critical programs, steering the governance body, administrative board and project units from inception of the program, and accountable for programs globally- Business development - Collaborating with Client Partners, Account owners and Cluster/Geo Directors, identify and qualify automation opportunities (proactive & reactive)- Experience delivering a multiyear legacy modernisation program for a major natural gas storage, transmission and distribution company based in Canada, with K2 BPM & Blaze Advisor, spanning across 3 years, cutting across 22 functional areas - Delivered multiple e-governance project, for Govt of Maharashtra, benchmarked for replication across various states in India - Awarded the Youngest National IT professional award by the computer society of India in for delivering the most innovative solution in the e-governance sector
