As an Assistant Manager of Data Center Operations at Larsen & Toubro, I lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Tier and Tier IV data centers. With over 7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure and managing critical facility operations, I have developed strong skills in managing data center critical facility operations along with internal and external ISO certifications audits, customer visits and interactions, SLA uptime, capacity management, vendor management, preventive and predictive maintenance, incident management, change management, asset and spare management, OPEX/CAPEX budget approvals, customer rack power, and cooling provisioning, etc. Experienced of project management, coordination with the project team and consultants for reviewing designed documents, planning on installation, testing, and commissioning (L1 to L5) of data center critical equipment’s- SAT, IST, Uptime TCCF testing, Hot Aisle and Cold Aisle containment setups. Experienced of preparing SOW, BOQ, validating technical data sheets, qualifying vendors technically, and coordinating with the procurement team for finalizing vendors technically and commercially. Responsible for customer rack power provisioning & rack allocation & discontinuation. Responsible for managing remote hand supports (RHS) required for customers i.e. a) Customer device power reboot/power drain. b) Providing Console access of server/switches to customer c) IPMI IP configuration of server as per customer instructions d) Racking/Stacking of servers/switches in customer racks including power and network connectivity between servers and switches, e) Storage SSD, RAM, Processor installation f) Basics of optical fiber and ethernet inter/intra rack cabling and cross connection connectivity. Completed certification of internal Auditor for ISO Data Center Audits: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019 & ISO 22301:2019 & DISH approved Certification of Fire Fighting, Life Saver, First Aid and CPR. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to optimize operational efficiency, ensure seamless operations, and drive the success of the data center environment.
