A chess-playing sports enthusiast, I always knew my passion for sports would guide my professional direction. Sports have taught me that the path to victory is often unclear. You may create an initial game plan off of your strengths but then need to be adaptable, accountable, and determined in pursuit of that shared team vision. I’m a versatile analyst with experience in sales analysis, finance, supply chain, and dropship. Not having a simplified, vertical career path has led to many situations where I’ve had to ask the right questions, tinker, and figure things out. As a Sr. Connected Inventory (dropship) Manager, I influenced our internal Merch team to collectively create relevant 2-3K SKU assortments for Dick's Sporting Goods. I would then gauge the effectiveness of these assortments by assessing and reporting on sales results both internally and externally. As a Sr. Commercial Finance Analyst prior, I not only reported on our portfolio-wide P&L, but also created versatile reporting solutions. I may have been given the ultimate objective, but it was on me to present a prototype, obtain feedback, and finalize a reporting solution that was visually appealing, efficient, and scalable. I have now moved into a more internal Ops focused role at Nike, helping our cross-functional leaders strive towards the same deadlines in bringing our products to market.
