About Prashant Savanoor

Prashant Savanoor has been working with wastewater and water projects for over 14 years. He has provided water and wastewater plant layout and piping design support. He has extensive experience in detailed design, technical management and leading of large multi-discipline projects (up to hours). Prashant is competent in project management and has worked on intense fast-paced projects. Prashant’s experience includes Review of detail design documents, attending TG (technical gateway) reviews for each phase of the project, detailed design, leading the mechanical discipline, drawing production, 3D modeling of mechanical components along with various portable water treatment skids. His experience ranges from large plants for Water treatment Plants, Bio-diesel Plants, and Deodorization Plants. Using software like Bentley Open Plant Modeler, Autodesk Plant 3D Plant Space Design Series, Auto Plant, Autodesk Inventor, CADWorx, PDMS, AutoCAD. Prashant has been involved in all aspects of modeling-line routing, mechanical GA drawing, pipe isometric drawing production, nozzle orientation diagrams, pipe rack designs, and bulk material take of (MTO). Prashant has also done 3D modeling, piping layout and pipe support design. Prashant possesses software administration skills (i.e. Project Creation, catalog and specification updating, create import/export packages, isometric setting and generation, report generation, Piping and Equipment modeling, user customization, software troubleshooting). Prashant is conversant with following piping software: Bentley Open Plant Modeler, Autodesk Plant 3D, PDMS, EDGEWISE, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Auto plantV8i, MicrostationV8i, Plant space design series modeling (PSDS), Projectwise Navigator, Projectwise explorer, Navies work Review.
