My current IT experience in Managing Gen AI/ RPA automation, Managing as Program/ Operations Manager & developing solutions for Oracle ERP (mainly Supply Chain Management)– Finance, Sourcing, IT Infrastructure & dealing with Transition/ Outsourcing processes along with giving inputs to various other home grown applications along with coordinating for various interfaces which effects the concerned & related application. I am currently working as IT Program/ Operations Manager under TAS and leading and managing large size Projects like application/ DB upgrades, Cloud infrastructure transition, Oracle ERP global rollouts across globe, Infra & Outsourcing/ Transitions projects. Besides handling SOX & SAS audit for the applications handled as per the QA policies of the company. I am leading a distributed team of 50 plus for enhancements & new projects given to TAS tower from automation perspective. Have been part of the assessment for the upcoming new ERP Workday Manage Project Governance - Project periodic cadence, project dashboard with PMO team Managing & coordinating for AI generative used cases for automation from the present Gamut of the ERP & other applications which I manage. Automation of L1 helpdesk completely through Gen AI/ BOT bearing a benefit of $225K Plus PA & counting Managing with Oracle for security & RUP patches periodically as per the compliance process & also managed applications across Oracle ERP, Oracle- On Prem & Cloud ERP. Managed the E2E solution for automated approval of the responsibilities provided in Oracle taking care of SOD within the Oracle tool with the help of AME under the standard guidelines from Oracle with a little tweak which has resulted in massive manual effort reduction & in turn increasing the SOX compliance Managing complete L1 desk automation through Gen AI/ RPA, Managed the project to Oracle Cloud Infra migration, DB upgrade from 12 C to 19C
