I have been working throughout my career in Telecom BSS domain across various functions including CRM, Billing and Assurance. Involved in implementation or migration of large or medium scale projects. I am having an extensive knowledge of both postpaid and prepaid systems working for Mobility, Landline and DTH service providers. My key competencies include analyzing, planning, solutioning, implementing and migrating end to end systems. I believe in delivering workable solutions to client within the feasible timelines. My last 3+ Years have been in Migration of the BSS systems which helped me utilize the knowledge of business and IT systems. I am a go-getter and a self motivated person. Being a team player, I believe in mentoring and leading the teams to deliver the requirement. Also guiding and motivating them to achieve professional aspirations. In my free time, I love riding and exploring the unseen places.
