Post PhD in Biotechnology, I Started my career as Field Application Scientist in 2010 and since then have been involved in Technical support and Business Development for Flow cytometers, Luminex, Imaging, Spatial Biology, 3D Bioprinting, Liquid Handling Systems, etc. My responsibilities included strategic planning to penetrate different market segments like Academia, Clinical, CROs, Vaccine R&D, Diagnostics and Sero-Surveillance at Pan India level. With a rich background in product management and technical leadership, i have held key positions as Field Application scientist/Product manager/ Division Head etc at renowned organizations including HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Merck Millipore, where i contributed significantly to product development and field application science. My relentless pursuit of innovation and ability to navigate complex challenges have earned me a reputation as a dynamic leader in the life sciences landscape.
