Responsibility: EV-CATS - •Responsible for supporting field engineers in critical situation troubeshooting during product /field operations for all types of EV chargers ranging from 7.5kw Ac Charger to 240kw Dc Charger. •Works as bridge between R&D and CS Team for technical fullfillment of product on field. •Works with internal team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirement. •Responsible for providing necessary training to all field engineers. •Responsible for technical integration at OEMs. EV-SDA- Responsible for Supervising, planning and managing Survey, Installation, Commissioning of all kind of EV-Chargers and also responsible for troubleshooting of all kinds of EV-Chargers like - • Troubleshooting of BHARAT AC001 (10kW) • Troubleshooting of BHARAT DC001 (15kW, 20kW, 30kW) • Troubleshooting of Harmony series Fast chargers (30kW/40kW/ 60Kw /82kW/120kW/142kW/180kW/ 240kW) • Troubleshooting of AC type-2 Charger, both compact and generic (7.5kW) Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting of CMS related issues of EV- chargers from back end.
