As the Head GIS in various companies, responsible for all aspects of Production- Operations Managements & Production Scheduling, MIS & Data Maintenance, Outsourcing operations, Client interactions ensuring Divisional profitability and meeting budget plans. Being integral part of senior management the company relies and values my strategic analysis skills, problem solving abilities, rich technical experience accumulated by experience & learning. I consider myself to be a passionate leader, avid learner with first class communication skills and have an extensive knowledge on subject matter and Learner on GIS and allied IT infrastructure. Currently I am designated as Head GIS at Egis India, Gurgaon overseeing the GIS operations of the Company. A brief about me: Joined COWI India, Gurgaon in 2003 as Senior Manager, Planning, Production & Data leading a team of 65. Contributed towards company's witnessing successful Operations Management and Production Scheduling, new benchmark levels in Project Management, Data Management & Maintenance. In this assignment was leading Aero Triangulation & DTM, and Orthophoto Production and learned the technology and business from my Mentor and General Manager. Given my success, I was made Group Head - AT, DTM, Ortho and Lidar in 2007 and with my team achieved significant milestones with respect to client requirements and divisional profitability being met regularly in line with the company’s business plan and budget. I was thus setting myself up for a role in end to end Project Management with client interfacing. In 2010 got into the coveted Project Management role- designated as Customer Relationship Project Manager, managed client specific Project teams & Project Profitability. Carefully calibrated Projects Plans were created and focused client interactions resulted in business deliverables being achieved. Well networked and highly successful in implementing client projects, defining company direction, achieving goals, change and optimizing business procedures, I was able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Inevitably this resulted in my being confirmed as Chief Project Manager in 2012. In 2015, I joined ADCC Ltd- was involved in Setting up of new Production & Mapping Units as part of the Project Teams for Photogrammetric Operations. I took up assignment at GIS Consortium, NOIDA as Head GIS, prior to my taking up the current assignment. I am passionate about reading and collecting books across varied literary styles.
