As a certified SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with over 6 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working on some exciting projects. Throughout my career, I have completed 2 full cycle SAP SF-EC implementations, both on-premises and integration experience. Currently, I am involved in Employee Central implementation and integration with Time off configuration. My strong understanding of Employee Central includes Foundation Objects, Succession and Corporate data models, Picklist management, Reporting Events, Workflows, Propagation functionality, Time Off, Accruals, etc. I have also gained expertise in various aspects of the implementation project such as client requirement gathering, iterations, workbook preparation, customization, testing, and data conversion In addition to my Employee Central expertise, I have experience in Employee Central integrations with on-premises SAP ERP Payroll. My SAP SuccessFactors expertise also includes Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Alerts and notifications, custom notification Workflows, Picklist management, RBP, Time off, Document Generation, Data models, and Adhoc Reports in Employee Central.
