I am a Senior System Engineer at Infosys Limited, I bring over two years of focused experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), primarily specializing in UiPath with secondary expertise in Assist Edge. During my tenure, I have successfully developed highly efficient and complex use cases to meet client requirements and to save time and human work. I have also provided an end-to-end support for all processes and robots, and resolve clients' queries with timely communication. In addition to my RPA expertise, I possess a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in C#, Dot Net, SQL, databases, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. This broad knowledge base allows me to tackle various automation challenges with confidence and precision. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in Excel automation, Outlook automation, and email automation, along with expertise in extracting and processing data from PDF documents. My ability to leverage the latest tools and technologies in automation processes has consistently delivered tangible results for the projects I've been involved in. As a dedicated team player and currently I am looking for new opportunities to contribute my expertise and innovation in the field of automation development.
